Schwarzenegger apparently still has plenty of fitness to share.
It has been decades since then Arnold Schwarzenegger He stood at the top of the world as a dynastic Mr. Olympia. Later, he made a name for himself in Hollywood as the famous “Terminator”, became the governor of California, and often transformed into a larger-than-life figure. However, even at the age of 75, he still knows what it takes to tear up your body in the gym.

While working out at the famous Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach, CA, Schwarzenegger broke the arm and shoulder routine as he did every day.
“This is what I do every morning. I came here [Gold’s Gym] and do 25 to 30 sets in half an hour,” said Schwarzenegger. “In the old days we used to do 30 sets on the shoulders. Now I do 15 sets.”

Arm Strength
- Curl Machine Preacher: One set of 30 reps, four sets of 10-12 reps
- Machine Dip: One set of 30 reps, four sets of 10-12 reps
Shoulder Strengthening
Schwarzenegger explained that he finishes each set and holds for five minutes on the last rep.
As for Schwarzenegger’s advice on the right way to train, he maintained that it is a constant commitment and all the benefits it can provide. As long as the athlete remains committed to what he does, Schwarzenegger says he will eventually see results. He told an anecdote about his toughest days to use as evidence.
“When you train, not only your body is pumped and stimulated by blood, but also your mind and you have a better outlook on the day and life when you have a pump behind you. ” Schwarzenegger began. “I was fine [in the 1980s]. I worked two hours a day. Because after several heart surgeries and then knee surgeries and all kinds of things, it’s important to protect my body and educate me about medicine at the same time.
In other words, Schwarzenegger said that you should not overthink it and continue to exercise, regardless of your problems.
“If you want to go to the gym every day and ride your bike, train every day, then you get out of bed and you don’t think about it,” said Schwarzenegger. “The important thing is not to think, just do.”
