Earlier this month the judge made a decision and blocked President Trump from airing the Stormy Daniels ‘hush pay’ story on his radio.

The judge also barred Trump from seeing evidence in Storm’s trial unless his lawyers are present.

Trump was indicted on 34 counts of falsifying business records and conspiracy in March.

Trump was arrested before trial after a Manhattan grand jury indicted him on frivolous charges related to ‘secret payments’ to porn star Stormy Daniels and Playboy, Karen McDougal.

Juan Merchan, a New York Supreme Court judge who previously served on Joe Biden, threatened Trump with a gag order in April.

A judge on Tuesday will order Trump not to speak publicly about the Stormy Daniels case.

Reuters report:

Donald Trump will appear in court in New York by video on Tuesday, where a judge is expected to make it clear that he will not publicly disclose certain evidence in the case against him over money paid to porn stars.

Justice Juan Merchan in the Manhattan court agreed to allow the former US president to appear remotely, avoiding a repeat of the strict security required on April 4 when Mr. Trump was tried and pleaded not guilty before him. Trump’s opponents and lawyers will appear in Merchan’s courtroom.

Trump’s restrictions affect grand jury minutes, witness statements, and other materials that prosecutors must provide to the defense in preparation for trial.
