After 17 years with WWE, former Divas Champion Alicia Fox he left the company earlier this month. However, that doesn’t mean he’s done fighting, as he recently revealed.
Fox signed with WWE as a minor in 2006. She spent time in Ohio Valley Wrestling and Florida Championship Wrestling before being called up to the main team in 2008. She won the Divas Championship in 2010 and the 24/7 Championship in 2021.
The 36-year-old veteran wrestled for the last time at the Royal Rumble Match 2022. But despite the rumors that he has fought, Fox confirmed it in an interview with him MuscleManMalcolmtogether with Melina, who is studying with them Booker T in Houston.
“This is what I’m going to do, I’m ready to go and kick the dust with Booker,” Fox said. “Yeah, then go to work, the machine said that [I was done]. I didn’t say that. Girls, these looks have been eye-opening but I’m always like, ‘I never said, I never put my face on those alumni, I never did that.’
He also teased the possibility of a fight with Trinity and Mercedes Mone.
“I never said that, I never said that. My bags are still packed, I’m still mad about it. So this is what I think, so I talked to Booker and Sharmell and I was like, ‘Okay’ so we knock on Trin’s house and then we knock on Sasha’s house and then, everybody’s like , ‘Yeah,’ right? If that’s a forbidden door. … Well, that’s the plan.” [H/T Post Wrestling]
Fox also seems to have reconfirmed his role in the post Twitter. He “resigned” and told his fans not to count him out.
Alicia Fox has wrestled two matches for WWE since 2019
Alicia Fox may be getting ready to get back in the ring, but she has been inactive for over a year. He hasn’t wrestled regularly since 2019, with just two Royal Rumble appearances between then and his exit earlier this month.
Fox’s last match on WWE RAW was on April 22, 2019, part of the red color Becky Lynch. Her final televised match took place seven days later when she teamed with Tamina in a losing effort against The IIconics.
Fox won a 24/7 challenge from R-Truth in the 2021 Women’s Royal Rumble match. He also lost the title to R-Truth after being eliminated by Mandy Rose.
