Once the NFL season began, the future looked bleak, to say the least, for the players Baltimore Ravenswith the team and sports star Lamar Jackson not seeing eye-to-eye on the contract extension.
Even though he was one of the best players in the game, the Ravens were willing to pay the price for Jackson, because they wanted his contract guaranteed.
Although the Ravens didn’t give Jackson what he wanted, the two sides were able to agree on a new contract, which will keep the one-time NFL MVP in Baltimore for the next five years.
With Jackson back in the fold, the Ravens will upgrade the offense by bringing in veteran Odell Beckham Jr. and recruit Zay Flowers from Boston College.
Along with a very talented receiving corps, the Ravens will have JK Dobbins coming out of the backfield to add more offense, which Jackson enjoys via The 33rd Team’s Ari Meirov.
#Crows QB Lamar Jackson says the new offense with OC Todd Monken will allow them to throw the ball more downfield.
“Speed can only get you so far. … From what I’m seeing in this case so far, it’s looking pretty good.”

As long as Jackson, Dobbins, and Beckham can stay healthy, it’s possible that the Ravens could have the best offense in the NFL to start the 2023 season.
The passing game will be elite, and the ground game could be great with the two-headed monster of Jackson and Dobbins in the backfield.
It will be interesting to see how things play out in Baltimore and whether this talented offense can turn the Ravens into legitimate contenders for the 2023 campaign.
