Joe Biden on Thursday announced his intention to nominate General Charles Q. Brown, Jr. to be the next Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Mr Biden made the remarks from the Rose Garden where Kamala Harris and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin were present.
The 80-year-old Joe Biden confused the Congressman’s name among the audience.
“Representative Calhoun. I’m sorry! Calhoun isn’t here. Uh, McCollum…” Biden said.
He is completely shot.
