KUALA LUMPUR (Reuters) – Malaysian oil company Petronas said it has submitted its full contract to the country’s anti-merger watchdog in an investigation into the company’s award of a contract to another Malaysian oil company in 2021.
An investigation by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission “found no wrongdoing by Petronas, its employees, and directors,” Petronas said in a statement.
