Governor Ron DeSantis we just announced that he wants to be President on Twitter … but not without a big failure like Elon Musk they say the company’s servers are to blame.
DeSantis made the announcement Wednesday on the Bird show … airing a campaign video that bashes President Biden, blaming him for the crime-ridden streets and border tensions. He goes on to say that he is the man leading the “return to great America.”

Of course, DeSantis had to leave a big story in Twitter Spaces to chat with Elon…
Elon can be heard saying that Twitter’s servers are struggling to keep up — and people on the same program are pulling him and the whole thing because of the big mess … he failed to attempt “the perfect analogy.”

Even Biden got a kick out of it all — with a tweet on his donation page that said, “This link works.”
You remember, TMZ confirmed that Elon was set up join DeSantis on the ad — something that seems like an effort to make the program feel like regular TV. Elon also called the former CNN anchor Don Lemon to start the show on his platform afterwards Tucker Carlson he said he would be doing the same. Obviously, this confusion will make Elon reconsider.
As for DeSantis, he appears to be one of the only candidates with a chance to unseat the former president. Donald Trump – who announced his 2024 presidential bid in November.
DeSantis’ choice of Twitter for his announcement site not only sets him apart from the rest of his competition, but it seems like a big “FU” for Trump… removed from the platform after the rebellion of Jan. 6.
Trump has since had his account reinstated, but has dedicated all of his online speech to Truth Social instead – it will be interesting to see if Desantis uses Twitter to resurrect his dead account.
